Order Info
Thanks for visiting CoreMax! Orders placed before 12pm (PST) should be processed and shipped the same day – depending on order volume; your order can take between 24-48 hours to process. After you place an order you will receive an Order Confirmation email followed by an additional Shipping/Tracking Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Delivery Time-frame
CoreMax takes 24-48 hours (depending when orders are placed) to be processed and shipped from our California warehouse. Most shipments go out same day. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days to receive your order. Depending on your delivery location; customers can expect as soon as a 3 day delivery time.
Product Dimensions
CoreMax is shipped in a box that is 40x22x7 inches and weighs 27.78 pounds.
Payment Options & Shipping
CoreMax will cover shipping and other fees for pro version, there are no additional charges for shipping and handling – just the cost of the CoreMax unit. There is an additional $35 charge for shipping and handling CoreMax basic version. Customers who wish to purchase CoreMax can use their Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or with PayPal Credit (if applicable).
About our 30-Day Trial
* The word “YOU” refers to you as the customer*You can try CoreMax risk-free for 30-Days – if you decide that CoreMax isn’t for you we will give you a full refund if you wish to return it. The customer must pay return shipping if they wish to return the unit and receive a refund for their order. To join a gym for 1 month – you are looking at more than double the cost of our exclusive 30-Day Guarantee; no hidden fees or monthly charges. The 30-Day guarantee starts the day it is delivered to your address or when the shipping carrier delivers it to the customer’s pick-up location. If you wish to return your CoreMax you will be responsible for shipping it back to us in the same box it arrived in. If you DO NOT have the original packaging, you will need to work with our Customer Service team before returning your CoreMax to receive appropriate information regarding your specific return process.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed.
  • If your order did not ship; there will be NO CHARGE and your order will be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed and the item shipped from our facility; YOU (the customer) PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING. After we receive your returned order you will be refunded the total cost MINUS 15% due to P&H charges.
If you noticed that your order information was submitted incorrectly.
  1. If the item did not ship and you wish to change Shipping Address, Name, Phone number, etc.; We (CoreMax Team) can make changes to the address, name, phone number, etc. BUT NOT to the QTY ordered – if you wish to order additional units please place another order.
  2. If the item DID ship and you wish to change Shipping Address, Name, Phone number, etc.; please note that we CANNOT change the package destination so PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK your address before placing your order. You (the customer) is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping/billing information.
Order Not Received
PLEASE check your email for a “failed order” email & confirm that you were charged for the Order. (Sometimes if information is entered incorrectly your order WILL NOT go through and will NOT be charged.)If you were charged and never received your package OR never received an order confirmation email please contact us at:  help@incredibleinventions.com
Defective
If you think your CoreMax is defective, please contact us immediately. If your order is defective; we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once received we will evaluate the returned order for quality assurance at which time we will ask if you would like a REFUND or to EXCHANGE for a non-defective unit. Once your defective unit is received we will refund your entire order OR send your replacement. If your order arrives damaged, please accept the package from the carrier and advise the delivery person that you would like to make a claim. If you are able to create the claim at the point of acceptance OR on the phone/online after it has been delivered PLEASE record the claim ID so our customer service staff can assist. For any other issues, we may require pictures or other material to record for accurate compensation purposes. Please report all missing/broken parts within 48 hours of receiving.
